Our Story

Founded by Sylvain Chatelan in the Lausanne area, MATCHAM grew out of a deep passion for matcha and for the richness of Asian culture. From the start, the company set itself the task of bringing the benefits of this exceptional green tea to as many people as possible. Inspired by the delicacy and the authenticity of matcha, we have built a range of matcha powders and accessories (with pastries to come).

MATCHAM rests on quality and craft. Our matcha powder, carefully selected, comes from renowned plantations in Japan and is produced in keeping with traditional methods.
